Apogee TX High Plains is seeking dedicated and dependable coaches to join our mission-driven community. Our coaches are leaders, mentors, and facilitators. Key Responsibilities

  • Educational Group Leadership: Facilitate experiential, hands-on learning that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for discovery.

  • Mentorship: Act as a positive role model, fostering strong relationships with students and families to support their educational journey.

  • Leading Fitness Sessions: Help create and lead daily fitness sessions designed for health and strength at an age-appropriate level.

  • Code Implementation: Embody and reinforce the principles of integrity, bravery, compassion, honesty, politeness, honor, and loyalty in all interactions.

  • Collaborative Planning: Work with families and the Apogee team to create personalized learning experiences that integrate with everyday life.

  • Community Engagement: Actively contribute to the growth and unity of our Apogee community, promoting a culture of support and shared purpose.

  • Leadership Development: Inspire and cultivate leadership skills in students to prepare them for meaningful contributions to their families and communities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in homeschooling, experiential education, coaching, or a related field (preferred but not required).

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Passion for working with families and youth in a mission-driven environment.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team while also demonstrating initiative and self-direction.

  • Ability to support academic growth and personal development at Kindergarten through High School levels.

  • Ages 16+.
