Educational Group Leadership: Facilitate experiential, hands-on learning that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for discovery.
Mentorship: Act as a positive role model, fostering strong relationships with learners and families to support their educational journey.
Code Implementation: Embody and reinforce the principles of integrity, bravery, compassion, honesty, politeness, honor, and loyalty in all interactions.
Collaborative Planning: Work with families and the Apogee team to create personalized learning experiences that integrate with everyday life.
Community Engagement: Actively contribute to the growth and unity of our Apogee community, promoting a culture of support and shared purpose.
Leadership Development: Inspire and cultivate leadership skills in learners to prepare them for meaningful contributions to their families and communities.
Integrity: Demonstrates moral courage, transparency, and consistency in actions and decisions.
Bravery: Approaches challenges with confidence and resilience, encouraging the same in learners.
Compassion: Shows empathy, understanding, and a genuine desire to support the unique needs of each family.

Experience in homeschooling, experiential education, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Passion for working with families and learners in a mission-driven environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a team while also demonstrating initiative and self-direction.
